Beau RV came out to fix our furnace, in the freezing weather. He went over and above and tracked down the needed part and got our furnace working better that before. Highly recommend!!
My first couple of experiences with Spencer were fairly positive. How an ability to provide service has diminished over time. He is pretty bad at not replying to posts. When he lived in Smyrna, I knew where his house was. I would park in front of his driveway. He would come out to answer my questions. Last job was a refrigerator replacement. My husband and I have used Spencer and Katy’s mobile RV business for our camper over the past few years, and honestly… I don’t know what we’d do without them. They truly know their stuff and understand the ins and outs of RV and camper mechanics better than anyone we’ve met. Most recently, they came out to fix our slide that was completely stuck and refusing to cooperate. This guy is amazing! We had a customer coming from out of town with some electrical issues. He met them, at their Airbnb, 45 minutes after they arrived and had them up and running again in no time. I can't thank you enough for taking care of our customers for us.
It’s difficult to expound on what almost everyone else has said. Trouble with our camper RV AC in the summer during the busiest time for an RV repairman. Called him on a Wed night. He actually answered the phone at home and showed up next day(working me into an already busy schedule). He had everything working in less than hour. Great attitude, great work ethic, attention to detail in diagnostics. He WILL BE my go to guy for stuff I can’t handle. Thanks Spencer!
