I used Beau Monde's services for my wedding, and they did a great job. They got all of my out-of-town guests between the venue and the hotel safely and promptly. The only small hitch was when I emailed them and didn't receive a reply for a few days. But when I called, they answered immediately and we were able to verify the details of the trip. Overall, I had a positive experience with Beau Monde and would recommend them.
We had a great experience using this service on New Years Eve with a large group of friends. Our driver, Troy, was on time, kind and professional. I would recommend them and would use them again!
Wanted to hire them, they have a nice fleet according to their website. They emailed me back once and ever since they won’t return email, won’t answer the phone. Really weird. Had to hire someone else.
Instead of having a great birthday party, we ended up with bruises due to the driver hitting the breaks. Did he keep the distance? Was he speeding? Are passengers supposed to monitor if the driver does his job safely? The owner of the company dismissed any accusation and said that we should prove first that we were in his limousine. Sadly, we had to contact personal injury attorney. On a side note, some of the positive reviews are written by the company’s employees, including our driver.
