I would sooner stay at a piggery, it would be cleaner, please, dont be fooled by the exterior, or photos of the interior, doesnt show dirty, sub standard rooms, or the filth littering the passage. If there was a star rating, I would respectfully suggested you ask them to pay you for staying there. PS, they do not give refunds, nor make any response or apology for complaints. Unless this buisness has changed hands in recent month, RECONSIDER staying there.
Absolutely disgusting. I stayed at the BMI 30 years ago on my wedding night and I can assure you the carpets, paint, decor, everything has not been changed or renovated or maintained. The weeds and cracks in the exterior say it all, to be met my a foul old smell, then led to a room where all the lights didn’t work, we couldn’t change the tv channel no matter what we did, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet was dirty and there was lumps of thick long black hair in the bed. Bathtub is extremely disgusting, so much hair and dust. Hair dryer not working, bed are so flat, room is so old, lift shaking so bad, feel like will break down in any second. Used to love to stay over in here but i guess this will be the last time.

I stayed here on 12 October 2024 for one night. This place is now owned by Chinese who have let it fall into disrepair. It is a dump. Rooms are dirty, staff are rude and arrogant. My security deposit has still not been returned after two weeks despite my emails sent to them asking for release of my security deposit. Avoid this venue at all costs. You will regret staying here.
