Poor experience. I’ve been talking about my hair with them over a month because I really needed to fix my hair. They said Kirby can fix your hair and made my appointment from his schedule. Then, just in case I tried to confirm that appointment a week prior but never got a response. When I showed up the date, they didn't have my appointment, he was off and they hadn't even opened my messages. Despite frequently updating their Instagram, they don't read DM from customers. My best friend had her hair and makeup done by Deana for her wedding and she was amazing. She was kind, patient, listened and of course did beautiful work.

I was a new client with medium length layered hair. Kirby did a great job assessing and exploring how to get the cut I wanted. I appreciate the thoughtful effort he put in. I love my cut and would recommend him every time!
