One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with my teenage son. This guy was condescending and dismissive from the moment he walked into the room. He spoke to us as though we were incapable of understanding basic information and repeatedly dismissed what we were saying. We left feeling unheard and completely frustrated by the experience.
Two days ago, we took my daughter into Instacare with a fever, congestion, cough, earache, and trouble breathing. Dr. Palmer did his inspection and said it was simply a cold and there was no ear infection. Today we are sitting in the ER with a baby who tested positive for RSV and has a massive ear infection. Worst pediatrician I’ve ever encountered and we will never use his services again.
