Two days ago, we took my daughter into Instacare with a fever, congestion, cough, earache, and trouble breathing. Dr. Palmer did his inspection and said it was simply a cold and there was no ear infection. Today we are sitting in the ER with a baby who tested positive for RSV and has a massive ear infection. Worst pediatrician I’ve ever encountered and we will never use his services again.
