As the facilities manager, I really expected better. These guys came highly recommended, but the job was a mess from start to finish. They consistently showed up late, left equipment and debris all over the property for days, and disrupted our daily operations. Booked this crew for a full front-yard overhaul — new shrubs, fresh sod, the works. They took my deposit, marked it on the calendar, then completely ghosted. Zero trucks, zero calls, zero apologies for weeks. When I finally chased them down, they acted shocked, like my yard had slipped their minds entirely. As a resident here, I was genuinely disappointed by the landscaping. They simply mulched right over the existing weeds — an impressive display of ‘out of sight, out of mind.’ The weeds are already fighting their way back through, turning the beds into an ongoing game of whack-a-mole. I’ve already spoken with the property manager and recommended they hire a more professional landscaping company, because this level of work doesn’t match the standards this community deserves.
