Was transferred to this agency when my agent for many years retired. Initially things were fine but as soon as I needed anything that required Beau to answer or be involved the whole process came to a halt and communication failed to have any real value. I like to vote with my dollar when it comes to commerce and poor communication is a quick way for me to spend it somewhere else.
