Nice people, HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I paid for expedited shipping weeks prior to my event. Not only did they lie and say the product had shipped while never providing a tracking number, they then blamed it on their “sister company.” While I did get a refund for the products I had to call this company a total of 4 times in 7 days just to be lied to every call and never receive my order. Save yourself the irritation and don’t order from them. Your event deserves better.

Placed order weeks in advance of my event. Come to find out, they canceled my order saying it was because they needed a physical ship- to address. Huh? Ever heard of emailing or calling? Like pulling teeth to get a refund. I had to get PayPal involved. Do not purchase from this company!
Friend placed an order weeks in advance of his wedding. On the date of the expected delivery, we called to check-in and found out that Beau-coup had cancelled the entire order. They gave absolutely no notice and it's extremely disappointing since the wedding is coming up so quickly. Would not recommend.
Order was processed and shipped quickly. Arrived in good shape. But my goodness, what a rip-off! The labels were printed on a sheet so you have to apply them yourself. Then they’re not even big enough to go around the container. Save yourself a ton of money. Hit up Costco and Kinkos and and instead of $2 apiece you will spend $0.25 apiece tops.
