For the past 10 years, Beau Chien has been so much more than a groomer to my little family. They have been a trusted, caring part of my dogs’ lives. They lovingly cared for my little man Leo for 8 wonderful years, always making him look incredibly handsome while also treating him with such kindness and compassion, especially when he became ill. This review should have been done almost 2 years ago now. Each time we have to give our 3 year old dog a gabapentin to calm him down for the groomer, it takes me back to the day I picked my sweet boy up from this groomer and she was basically yelling at me that we need to get our boy a trainer because he has behavioral issues. We have used Beau Chien for many, many years. Always pleased with their service and how our dogs look when done with grooming.
Horrible experience and the customer service is the worst! Never again going here. I DO NOT recommend.
