Ms Beatty and her staff are always pleasant and helpful.
My family and I had relocated to the Springs from contracting overseas in 2021 where my previous employer had messed up my income reporting to the IRS (who was not happy). I'd tried and failed to figure it out. Pama put in the work and gave me the evidence necessary to fix my previous employer. I've used her and her team every year since.
They sat down with me and gave me all the information I needed and more. Then a couple days later I had everything in a nice notebook organized and ready for me so I could open my open retail store. Would recommend them to everyone I know.
My family uses her for our personal taxes and I use her for my business taxes. I highly recommend Pama for both!
I have used Pama’s services for 7 years and have not had any issues with her work until 2019. I was In and out of her office within 10 mins usually as I normally dropped my documents off and would come back when she had completed them. I was very disappointed when she did my 2019 taxes and they are still processing due to an error on her part. She not only charged me for my 2020 return, but increased her price.
