This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a service based scenario. At first, the receptionist was half asleep or despondent, and had no caring at all. The vet tech was decent and showed some caring. The vet herself was incredibly rude short tempered judgemental and pushed a whole bunch of unnecessary drugs. I do not write bad reviews but this one is valid. I brought my dog in for her cough, and was told that I should euthanize her that day because it wasn’t expected she would survive the night. I know my dog, and she was still full of energy and eating/pooping/peeing normally. I am so happy I decided against the recommendation of euthanasia and brought my dog home, because one month later, she is still full of energy, and hasn’t declined at all. Yes they are accessible during emergencies... HOWEVER, incredibly overpriced n no matter what ur emergency is, they have no idea what's going on, what's causing it, what to do, how to treat it, it's absolutely ridiculous!!! They do WAY OVERPRICED blood work n if there's anything slightly elevated or somehow abnormal they start using big words n give u options of hospital or outpatient treatments n quotes for thousands of dollars n not address the emergency u seeked their services for to begin with.... Amazing staff I called our local vet that I have taken my 2 dogs to over 20 years/ they said Bring him in on Thursday and here’s my dog grasping for breath. I called our other local vet and they said no vet was on site and I wasn’t a client so we googled and found Beattie - Things happen for a reason and this staff was just amazing. They were so comforting so welcoming and so good to all three of us. I recommend this veterinarian clinic to anybody because of their amazing staff and facility!!’
