On November 21, 2025, my senior Yorkie, Lana, was sent to Beattie Pet Hospital after being injured during a grooming appointment at PetSmart on Stone Church Rd in Hamilton. She was bleeding from her mouth and had an injury near her eye that was clearly caused by the groomer. While the vet did see her, the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My dog was supposed to be put down they even said yes, his hips don't look good. His ears have cauliflower and his eyes do look like they're going, but in their opinion he looks like he's in perfect health. Don't understand that.And then was told a specific price for the visit.And then ended up paying double the amount

Thank you so much to Dr. Mellish for taking such excellent care of my cat, Storm, during an emergency.
