I purchased a dodge durango september of last year. With it I purchased an extended warranty that I was told was “bumper to bumper coverage”. Immediately after I got the car it had to go back to have the ESIM switch replaced. Then shortly after that the car overheated and my rad had to be replaced. Absolutely terrible customer service. Our daughter's jeep was towed to Beattie Dodge after overheating in Kingston. We suggested having it towed to Brockville as she lives in Brockville but works in Kingston. What a mistake. My husband called 4 times and each time he was told someone would call him back. Well guess what, nobody called back. After a week and a half he called and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Just over a week ago, we were travelling a long distance when our Jeep broke down on the 401. We managed to get to the dealership and lets just say, that everyone there went above and beyond to look after us. We were so happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Susan, Chuck, Harrison and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us!
