0 Stars.. Really sad and disrespectful of my hometown dealership Beattie Dodge. They made a big mistake on my brand new truck. And they're not willing to fix their mistake. The manager will not even return a phone call to have a chat about it. I'm definitely not recommending the dealership anymore even though I've been a customer with them for over 6 years. I purchased a dodge durango september of last year. With it I purchased an extended warranty that I was told was “bumper to bumper coverage”. Immediately after I got the car it had to go back to have the ESIM switch replaced. Then shortly after that the car overheated and my rad had to be replaced. I was told this wasn’t covered under warranty and I was expected to pay around $1k to the same dealership that told me I was covered. We came to a compromise and I paid the part, no labour. Absolutely terrible customer service. Our daughter's jeep was towed to Beattie Dodge after overheating in Kingston. We suggested having it towed to Brockville as she lives in Brockville but works in Kingston. What a mistake. My husband called 4 times and each time he was told someone would call him back. Well guess what, nobody called back. After a week and a half he called and they said they couldn't find anything wrong.
