We will never go here again. Our Jeep was in worse shape when we got it back than it was when we dropped it off! And they had it for a month!
0 Stars.. Really sad and disrespectful of my hometown dealership Beattie Dodge. They made a big mistake on my brand new truck. And they're not willing to fix their mistake. The manager will not even return a phone call to have a chat about it. I'm definitely not recommending the dealership anymore even though I've been a customer with them for over 6 years. I purchased a dodge durango september of last year. With it I purchased an extended warranty that I was told was “bumper to bumper coverage”. Immediately after I got the car it had to go back to have the ESIM switch replaced. Then shortly after that the car overheated and my rad had to be replaced. I was told this wasn’t covered under warranty and I was expected to pay around $1k to the same dealership that told me I was covered. We came to a compromise and I paid the part, no labour.
