I tried to give this place another shot, but nobody seems to want to actually do their job, brand new truck has been nothing but a problem not bought at this specific dealership. I’ve had it towed in before and it has sat unlocked for multiple weeks. We will never go here again. Our Jeep was in worse shape when we got it back than it was when we dropped it off! And they had it for a month!
0 Stars.. Really sad and disrespectful of my hometown dealership Beattie Dodge. They made a big mistake on my brand new truck. And they're not willing to fix their mistake. The manager will not even return a phone call to have a chat about it. I'm definitely not recommending the dealership anymore even though I've been a customer with them for over 6 years.
