Trashed the dashboard in my car while they were doing another unrelated job and rather than owning up to it, they attempted (poorly) to fix it and say nothing to me as if it never happened. I wouldn't mind if the repair was good but my 15 year old son could have done a better job.... They did eventually fix it properly having got the insurance involved and we're apologetic about what happened, so it's all sorted but still, not the best experience.
