Please do not book this makeup artist Beats byNic. She is very unprofessional. I booked a Bridal trial which she rescheduled 3 times. I came to the appointment at the scheduled time then she cancelled the appointment. She rescheduled and no show, no response. Did not send back my deposit. Not answering calls or text. Very disappointing, would not trust her with any important events.

Booked an appt for makeup and install. Installer showed up late. Install was not done correctly, edges were lifting even before I left. Nic also made me wait about 30min to do my makeup. While my makeup looked good in pics, in person—it was CAKED so bad. My skin is amazing so there was no need for all that. She also was not personable at all. I’m sad writing this because I hate leaving 1 star reviews. My appointment was at 11am I arrived early, even grabbed a bite to eat and ate it before she ended up getting there. At 10:45 she tells me she’ll be there in 20 minutes. She didn’t get there until 11:40. It was my wedding day and i needed to be out of her chair by 12. I booked an appointment with her for my engagement photoshoot. I drove 1 hr 40min to get to there and arrived 10 min early. I was on the elevator up to her suite when she sent a text saying she will be 15min late due to heavy traffic (this is 2 min before our appt) 6 min later she text to say her ETA is still 15 min and there is an accident. it was now 10:06. at 10:23 she text to say she is still stuck in traffic and doesn't think she will make it in time, she will have to refund the deposit and cancel the appt.
