Beats is the BEST place to get your sweat on! All the instructors are top notch! They know how to push, encourage and cheer you on during every workout! Beats is not only a place to work out it is also a place you feel welcome at any stage of your fitness journey! I will not go anywhere else! Jill is the biggest cheerleader for us all!
I took a full body class with Nikki and let me tell you it was worth the sweat.These ladies are so kind and push you to be a better version of yourself no matter what size you are. I was definitely struggling and everybody was cheering me on. This is the type of place you come to feel empowered. Book the class!
