I had an issue with my brakes while traveling through Chicago and found Beats & Baggers. Jerry, the owner, took my bike in right away, fixed the problem, upgraded my brakes, and even found another issue with the gas line that could’ve caused bigger trouble down the road. His attention to detail and willingness to help on short notice were top-notch. Highly recommend Beats & Baggers for anyone in the area needing honest, quality work!
Have been going to Jerry for all of my motorcycle repair needs for the past year, and was very happy with service. That is, until I tried to reach out about the current issue. He replaced my forks 10 months ago, but they're leaking badly now. I have tried contacting him about it, but he hasn't responded, so it looks like I'm on my own now. While I haven't yet gotten a bike, the gentlemen here are top notch and have been happy to go over their work with me and discuss various options. Ive seen some of yhe custom audio work that has come out of this shop, and its amazingly awesome. They definitely know their stuff and are among the best workers around.
I recently just bought a new Street Glide St and was in need of an upgrade on my sound system from the stock set. I was Googling when I came across Jerry from Beats & Baggers and noticed they were in the neighborhood so I decided to swing by and stop in and check them out.
