I was recently leaving an appointment and heard the way Beatriz was speaking to staff members and I was appalled. I’ve seen her numerous times and never felt that vibe from her but the way she was degrading staff along with complaining about a patient - so unprofessional and I’m not sure if I feel comfortable continuing my care at the Oregon clinic if this behavior from providers is allowed.
