Best doctor on the planet! She’s the best!
The office staff at this clinic was very friendly and efficient. However, during my April appointment with Dr.Pardo, I felt that my symptoms were not taken seriously. I left the office without a clear plan, which was very frustrating. I would hope for better communication and a more patient-focused approach in the future. I have been wanting to switch my doctor at this office, and i think I will continue to do so.
I made an appointment with Dr. Ramos-Pardo as a new patient. The appointment was 8 months in the future because she was so booked. I arrived on the scheduled day and time and was told no appointment had ever been made. The receptionist was very cold and unapologetic. She told me they could schedule me for July of 2024.
