Beatrix Home kept me updated with updates & reminders of my appointment. The engineer arrived promptly & on time. He was cheerful & friendly & respectful on removing his wet shoes on entry. He did a very thorough check & annual service on my boiler. He was professional, knowledgeable & efficient. He was also extremely helpful with advice on a kitchen tap problem. I highly recommend them.
