I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dr. Memet. After waiting nearly three months for my appointment and ensuring all my records were sent in advance, she came completely unprepared. I'm a disabled trauma ICU,ER clinical nurse educator. I saw Dr Mehmet recently. She took time to answer every question. She gave the most thorough exam. I've been really sick for months and made my appointment months ago. My other Dr. Seeing how bad off I am called to see if they could see me sooner. They were able to. After the initial consult Dr. Mehmet walked me to front desk and asked if there was anything in 2 weeks open. No, was the reply. I just want to counter balance some of the negative reviews. I've seen Dr. Memet for two appointments and haven't had any issues with her staff. I've asked questions through MyChart and over the phone and have always gotten prompt responses from Danielle. Other patients may have had problems but that has not been my experience. It did take months to get an initial appointment but that's the reality when dealing with certain specialty fields of medicine.
