I have been a patient of Dr Styka for over 30 years now. I have to admit I look forward to my 6 month check up. Dr Styka is very easy to talk to, and Very KNOWLEDGEABLE! She will explain everything in words I understand. The appointment is never rushed. She never ends the appointment till she knows I understand what is going on with me. She’s all you would want from a doctor and then some!
Dr Styka is very good. She takes time explaining things and is very thorough. The office atmosphere is pretty shabby and out-of-date, but don't judge the book by the cover.

I trust Dr Styka 100%. She is very thorough and cares very deeply about her patients. She is patient, never rushes me, always answers questions, researches things and follows up.
Dr. Styka saved my life. My carotid artery was almost completely blocked and my symptoms were confusing. Her staff found a surgeon, got me a visit and I had surgery a few days later with the doctor opening the artery that was almost completely blocked. Were is not for her, I would be dead. My 88 year old mother sees Dr. Styka and she has been very happy with the quality of care from Dr. Styka. She has a very kind and caring demeanor and spends quality time with her patience. It is a bonus that she speaks Polish considering my mother's English is limited. I do wish some of the staff were a bit more friendly.
Dr styka has been my doctor for 20 years. She is extremely thorough and spends time making sure all my questions are answered. I have the highest respect for her professionalism and caring nature
Dr. Styka is one of the most caring and thorough Dr's that I have met. She has been treating my husband for about 7 months and treats him as though he has been her patient for years. She and her staff are very efficient about responding with test results and seems to work endlessly. When my husband was in Palos she stopped to see him late on a Friday night and a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend Dr. Syka.
