Installed 3 motorized roll down shades on my patio. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional installation. Would recommend to anyone trying to tame the wind and sun in an outdoor patio area. Will now be able to use outdoor area 365 days a year!
I placed an order for 2 window shades on June 8, 2018. I paid over half the cost for the shades when I placed the order. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the shades and that the shades were made here in Lubbock locally. After waiting over 3 weeks I called and was told the shades were in production. A couple of days later someone came out to my house and re-measured my windows and I was told they would start making them in the next couple of days. In your particular case, your order (along with a few others) had to be remade due to incorrect measuring from a new employee which caused us to get behind a bit during the peak season.
