I did this BeastCamp for a couple years then got away from it during the Covid time. But I found it again and it is hands down the best functional strength class I have ever done. It challenges me every time! Audra is an exceptional coach and this is an extraordinary class. Come join us!!!
Beastcamp has changed my whole life. I am confident in myself. I had never really worked out before and Audra showed the modified version of each move we had to do. Over a year later, I am stronger, happier, and healthier. I run away with my kids now instead of sitting back and watching them play. I am able to walk without getting out of breath. I am truly blessed to have found Beastcamp and Audra.
Audra is the most motivational coach I’ve ever been around and she’s the reason we all keep coming back!
