Ive been here better part of 6 years killing it .....the client tell dont come for a fashion show........its a training gym where you dont dare to be the weak link if your serious about your training and the support to meet your goals no better place........
After a 5 year hiatus from lifting at home, I decided to look into my first gym membership. I booked a tour with Halle, did a training session with her, and now I go 4-5 times a week. I've been going there for a little over a month and it's like a second home to me. From machines to freeweights, and some strongman equipment, there is plenty to choose from and a fair amount of space. The equipment is great and so is the community!
