I joined this gym about 3 months ago and am new to weight lifting. I came in with little knowledge of what I was doing. Within no time, other gym members gladly helped show me techniques and got me going. The owners, Thanh and Catherine, are genuinely caring and kind and really love to see other succeed. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve themselves!
