They are a fraud. I called them and they said it's $90 trip fee. When the electrician came out, without looking at the electric panel or any equipment, he said it costs $400 to diagnose the problem. I, stupidly, agreed. After 10 minutes of looking at the panel, he said I will need to replace the entire panel, in which I said no to. He then billed me for $400 for 10 minutes of work.
