Located right across from a grocery store Plenty of parking You will bennifit greatly from the coaches that are on site if you choose to go that route. And or solo. You will meet really nice people. This place does do powerlifting. But don’t be intimidated you can also be a beginner in strength training. I’m not an athlete, I go here and I’m ok with not being the strongest in the gym. Have a goal find your way. It could be to run a 5k. These guys are not just limited to helping with lifting goals but day in and out.
This is personal. But it’s worth getting it out in the open. 3 years ago I walked into a “open gym” I was considering it. Looking back I leaned on my “highschool” career for credit. In that open gym I did 4x20 lunges 4x20 squats. Wobbled out 1 week of a solid burn. And I decided “that’s what I want. Im not hurt.” During The following year I had a real crisis.
