Very disappointing experience. The salon did not honor the promotion advertised on their website unless I mentioned it myself, even though nowhere does it state that it must be brought up during booking. As a first-time client, I expected them to be accountable for the promotions they advertise. Powerful Reynor massage that truly targeted painful knots and problem areas in my back, shoulder, neck, and spine. This was a very deep massage; so healthy pain is naturally a part of the massage process.
