I would give zero. Took multiple emails to get a quote from this establishment. I went to pick up today the zane kit as quoted. The father was there and informed they had not prepared it but no issues as it is easily gotten out he then went and rang his son. He said no problems you want the kit as quoted i said yes. He then informed me that the price now only included the matt not the manifolds or release valve. I said that is not what you quoted i want what you quoted for $1800. All the guys from Beasly solar were fantastic I had them do a full system for me back in 2003 and my controller packed up called spoke to Henry at the store and the very next day the guys arrived and replaced controller now all perfect again Thankyou guys for your prompt and proffesional approach Highly recommend them to anyone Thankyou
