Nice cozy place to have a wedding. The snow on the ground accentuated the experience.
Good place and clean
Bearwood Event Barn has hosted 2 of our work events now and both were a great success! From coordinating the catering and bar and entertainment vendors to the set up, take down and decorating - it was all a breeze! Very appreciative to Katie, her husband, their staff and all the staff from the vendors who have allowed our events to go smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend this wedding venue. Don’t let them try to tell you this venue fits 300 people. We had 270 people and I have NO idea where they would have put more tables. There was no room for people to be in line at the bar at all and if you put people upstairs how do you choose to seclude? The dance being upstairs, even with AC, it was SO hot. Going up and down stairs in my dress, along with everyone wearing dresses was just very messy. It was hard to get older guests up there to just watch and enjoy watching us dance... read more
Katie was very nice and let a bunch of the kids come to the barn and take pictures inside the barn since the weather was so cold outside. We greatly appreciated this. Thanks so much
