This place is amazing! They challenge you when you need it and modify when you need it too. This place is like a family! I can’t imagine my week without it!
I've been to a couple gyms in my life. This one is for sure the most accepting, supportive environment I have experienced. No pressure unless you request it. All fitness levels can do these workouts. There are modifications for everything if you ask. I had a shoulder injury. Josh and Lori were right there to help modify things so I didn't have to stop working out entirely. Great place to workout with supportive people.
Best gym, amazing atmosphere, wonderful trainers. Something different everyday. I have to make a lot of modifications while working out, and the trainers always have great ideas to help me.
