It was filthy... needed a lot of repairs. Cracked windows fridge not working.dryer vent was plugged. It was a fire hazard. Dirty carpets & sofas.
Great big house available for rental. Rare opportunity to find a house this size (lots of bedrooms and more bathrooms than bedrooms). The beds are unfortunately uncomfortable in all the rooms. The house needs a deep cleaning and minor fixes. All of the windows are absolutely filthy. Would be nice to have more furniture on the balcony as we like to sit outside when possible.
