Doesn't return calls or email...when he does it might be weeks or months later who knows...been with him for years but if you want to add or change something he is hard to reach...he probably doesn't even know im not insured with him anymore even tho I called and email a dozen times

Not willing to communicate with their clients and keep them up to date eith issues or concerns regardi g your policy. Never answers the phone or emails....really shouldn't be in business at all. Willing to risk you as a client if you require more then the average work load. Will not go the extra mile. Do not associate with this company

We used Chuck at Bearspaw insurance for over 10 years. He never once answered the phone or returned a voicemail, but was fairly responsive to my emails, though he was quite unresponsive to my wife's emails so we have mixed experiences. In recent years, for inexplicable reasons, our rates would go up a lot year after year (at least 10-15%), this was while our ages and experience were going up (i.e. no longer in our early-mid twenties and therefore considered less-risk) plus none of our vehicles ever had a claim. I've been a satisfied customer of Bearspaw for almost 15 years. Chuck and his staff has always taken excellent care of my business and have consistently been easy and great to deal with. Highly recommended.
