I was hesitant about picking up the BWCA permit from a lodge and outfitter, since I have my own equipment. However, due to issues at the ranger station I opted to pick it up here. The quality of service from beginning to end was exceptional. The gal at the front desk was very engaging, polite and balanced the needs of the lodge guests while also making sure we got our permit issued in a timely manner.
