Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Cute doggy behind the desk. I needed a piece of glass cut for an odd size picture frame. They cut it while I waited. I highly recommend Bears valley glass

Phillip Quintann and Chris came in and framed installed a bedroom door super quick .They expert clean officiant, they did such a great job.It looks like the door's been there.All the life of the home!
First off their prices were fair maybe their craftsmanship would’ve been good as well. However I shopped around for window repair called several companies gave them my address and number told them what I needed asked every company if they can come out same day Friday 10-31-3025 they all said no bear valley was my second to last call I made. I told Melisa if she couldn’t come out Saturday I wasn’t interested I needed same day or Saturday .
