Needed a front tyre replacement for my truck on the side of the road. The boys were onsite and had me back on the road all in under an hour. Great service, highly recommended
Honestly don't know how anyone could leave a positive review for this mob. I called to ask how much it would cost to come out and replace my truck tyre - the bloke was rude and arrogant, and all I got from him was "I can't help you" and hung up in my face. I can only assume he wanted to come out and put me on the spot with a ridiculously high price because I was stuck on the side of the road. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.
The customer service at Bear tyres is unreal! They’re a genuine team especially the owner and he made sure to go out of his way to help us out when everything was closed on Christmas Day! I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone humble and trustworthy
10/10 service I would highly recommend to anyone! We were visiting Forster during Christmas and needed help getting new tyres but everywhere was closed due to the holiday! The Gentleman Matt did us a massive favour and went out of his way to come into his shop on Christmas Day just for us in order to help us out with our car troubles!
