Amazing experience! We were able to move a bears playground from our neighbors and the team was wonderful, prompt, and ensured a quality move to the new location. They were also very responsive to help us resolve/get some of playground replaced where there was any wear and outreached to resolve without any follow up. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality playground that will last for many years!
From the start, Bears was awesome to work with. Trey answered all of my numerous questions, and designed an amazing playground for our subdivision. The process took many months, but that was because of us, not them. Any time we had a question or concern, Trey would answer within a day, if not immediately. BEWARE OF DOG. For some reason, a dog was at their office unleashed. It growled/snarled and barked at me while running towards me. They hardly did anything to get it to stop and they didn’t do anything to prevent this situation altogether by not bringing it to work in the first place. I had to exit the building to ensure I wasn’t bit. If you plan on entering the office, I suggest you make sure their dog is secured first.
Poor business practices trying to undercut re-sell. Overpriced by apparently 33%. Read below for more information. Originally purchased our playset in 2018. Absolutely wonderful company! They designed and built a stunning playground for my home. It is beautiful, durable and fun for children of all ages! The staff are professional and polite. Everything was as promised, on-time and exceeded my expectations!
