I purchased a bat from this company. The bat never arrived and now they want me to pay $115 for a bat I never received because of insurance they offered. Instead of making it right for the customer please read the email below. "It's no issue at all as we have disclaimers at purchase to ensure we are protected from people like you. No one wants to pay an additional $5 to ensure their package, but are quick to turn around and attack a small company due to their own negligence. Have a great day sir."
Two year in a row I have had zero contact after I sent my money to them. Which I’m promised to have the order within 6 weeks. We are now over 6 weeks without any response. Will never use them again.
Bag seems very good quality but customer service is terrible!! I have called numerous times snd left voicemails and sent emails with zero response!! I ordered the extra protection plan but am now wishing I had not since they will not return a phone call or email.

Bait and Switch: Deplorable Business Practices, Awful Customer Service They got me with a classic bait and switch. Offer up a great deal, over sell a product, and then after you've got the customer's money, tell them it's out of stock. If they still want to take advantage of the great deal, they can accept a less desirable product that they didn't pay for, or just offer to refund them their money and they miss out on the great deal.
