Copy / paste of an email exchange of my experience being ripped off by BBP: Called for help & talked to the same guy who’s quite unhelpful. Nobody ever answers when I call during business hours and the BBP voicemail should simply say “I have other people calling and don’t have time to go thru the steps with you, go to the webpage and follow the AutoCal Instructions”.
