Lots of rules about how you can live your life there, made up by self important retired old people. They impose, intimidate and bully residents with demeaning demands without fully investigating the facts. There is zero diversity there. Very expensive.
This is my mom. She was VERY upset when she came home one day to cockroaches all over the floor and house after the rent was paid a couple day late. We suspect it was the landlord who did this, because rent was a couple days late. By the way, my mom shook hands with the one and only George Bush! So to disrespect her in such a manner is both disappointing and insulting. I will be contacting my lawyer Staci Graber about this incident! Expect to hear from us soon - Samuel Ronda
