We had a great time, was upset with my meal but I got over it! Have always had good meals there before. The music was awesome!
Food was ALRIGHT. The setting is good. BUT, the waitress was beyond rude. We waited 20 minutes for 3 sodas. Over an hour before our orders came out (I had a grilled cheese) and she checked up on everyone but us. Whoever she is doesn't do her job well...
I've been here multiple times. Today the service was absolutely terrible. Food was just as bad. Ordered a bacon burger and chicken tenders. Burger came with no bacon. By the time the waitress came back it had been 20 mins. The chicken was overcooked. Also while I was there I witnessed what appeared to be staffs dog running arounnd the restaurant and on the bar...... sorry folks last time. Staff definitely needs an overhaul.
Had a great time with my friends and met some new people. Everyone was friendly. I always enjoy going to the Bear's Den.
