On a trip down I-35 in our Class B+ van we discovered a leak in a propane hose. We contacted Bear's Camper and RV Services, and they told us to stop by in the morning. Chris checked it out immediately and removed the hose. Evidently, it had an odd-size coupling, so he left to find a new one or to have a new one made...all the way to Wichita. Unfortunately, the usual places didn't have one (could be ordered but not received for 3 days) and Kansas State law limits who can make propane hoses for RVs, so he came back empty-hande... read more

Did a great job replacing our slide out cover that was damaged.
Absolutely amazing people!! Camping over the 4th and our propane hose broke. Couldn't find the right fitting in town at the hardware store so we called Bears and they had the part we needed. Since it was the holiday and we were at the lake, they even delivered and helped fix the hose. Super nice people who genuinely care about helping others. 5 stars all day
