My Defender was beaten up by the most ferocious hail storm I have ever seen. Lachlan at Bears Auto took excellent care of me and the car. The work was completed very quickly and the car was returned cleaner and shinier than it has looked since I bought it! And there isn't a single dent on the car. Amazing!
Where do i start, sent there for hail damage. Spent 6 weeks there, got returned and straight away noticed things weren't installed properly and done correctly. Sent it back and they had it for another week. Went away on a holiday, snorkel popped off the pillar, clear coat started peeling. Water coming in from the rood that they replaced. Water in pillar. Sent back and it sat for 9 weeks to then be returned with loose brake light loose aireal in roof. Horrible touch up jobs. Poor quality workmanship. And still got to go back ... read more
