Customer service and communication was really horrible. The people on the phone spoke really rudely and were quite dismissive

Picked up a car for a friend. The staff were very professional, had the car washed and ready. Check them out.
I had an accident in January 2024 the repair was done at Bears in Canberra, it was not entirely fixed but when this was pointed out they repaired it without any question, Serge was great to deal with as was the group at Beard ACT. they kept me informed and they made sure all was good. Fantastic to work with. I would go back.
