It was excellent service.
I got my car fixed there. It went in on 1st July and got it back on 4th August which supposed to be on the 29th July. My husband rang them on 25th July to confirm that my car will be ready to be picked up on the 29th. Spoke to Jess & she said yes. A day prior I received a text saying my car will be ready on the 4th August. We rang Jess and she completely denied that she confirmed that it'll be ready on the 29th July. Customer service and communication was really horrible. The people on the phone spoke really rudely and were quite dismissive
Very good service from these fellas. Very good to deal with and good communication. Repairs look great and they even have the car a clean!
I'd give 10 stars if I could.. very kind and extremely helpful with insurance tips. 👍 A+
