We have used Bears now on 3 occasions & all 3 we have found the service to be impeccable, from quote to after pickup. Repairs completed early, full run down of repair work, after-repair service brilliant, & all done in a friendly manner particularly by Brad, Guy & Holly. So impressed by the repairs covered by insurance we then chose the Bears team to undertake private repair work - another fantastic job - Thankyou!

I visited today after my insurance arranged for my car to be assessed. The team at the front office were incredibly friendly, professional and honest throughout the process. They quickly identified that the damage was far less significant than both my insurer and I had believed. They resolved the issue on the spot and, to my surprise, didn't charge me or my insurance company anything, when most would try to upsell the issue.
