Good business! I've used this company a couple of times and they've always done a good job. After my husband likes to play mechanic and makes things worse, they have always been able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it. They tell you ahead of time how much it will cost and call you if they find anything later that will change the price so you can decide if you want it done. Prices are reasonable. PROS: reasonable prices, good work CONS: none
Do not use this shop!! Liars & thieves!! Bears Auto was supposed to have replaced the engine in our Cherokee with a rebuilt engine. What they did was a crappy, half assed rebuild on the existing engine instead! Not only did they screw us over & steal our money , they even charged a disposal fee for the engine they never replaced!!! Beware of this facility, they will rob you blind & shake your hand on the deal!!
Honest, reliable I've taken my cars to Bears more than a couple of times and never had any problems. They have always been very honest and up-front with me. I won't go anywhere else in town. Highly recommended.
promised and waited, promised and waited, promised and failed Bring your oil changes and basic things here otherwise forget it. They seem unorganized, unable to source parts, blame the customer, overwhelmed and underdelivered. I had to have mine towed somewhere else. Two neighbors tried and also failed to have this local shop deliver on what was promised. sad..
