Best pizza EVER and customer service
They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever seen in my life. They act like they all hate their jobs. They need new staff in there. Its a shame how they treat customers, when the food is good.
While I have not eaten in this location, I wanted to take the time to review because the two negative reviews on here were fairly ridiculous. First as someone who has SOME online advertising for my business. If someone else added Bearno's to Yelp, it is NOT their job to make sure the prices are accurate, hence the "claim your page" on the yelp page. I get this same thing all the time. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The pizza that I ordered to go was VERY good, can't say the same about the help! On a particular occasion went to Preston location to order a pizza to go. I showed the price listed online yellow pages as it stated $17.99 and the manager insisted that price was inaccurate and that the actual price was $24 and some change. We waited 1 hour for our food. Only a few people there. The waiter informed us the kitchen staff was new and did not have a clue what they were doing. Food was inedible. The manager wouldn't even come out and speak with us. Never again will I eat there. Telling everyone, stay away from Jeffersonville bearnos!
Had dinner with friends last night. The service was terrible,pepperoni was crunchy, waitress had kids there andnit took 4 times to get the bill straight & we weren't lifting the bill. It was the poorest service I have ever had.
Ordered a pizza online and paid for the same. Waited 2 hours and driver never showed. Called and asked about delivery and was informed that driver was here to deliver but no one was home even though they had phone number to call on arrival. Visited there from out of town. The food was ok, the drinks were a decent price. The staff acted rushed even though the place was mostly empty. Paid with my credit card, and when the waitress Rebecca brought me the receipt it was for a different amount. I questioned the waitress and she said, "Oops I gave you the wrong receipt."
