I had a very disappointing experience at Bearies Açaí. I came in to pick up an order and stood there waiting while an employee completely ignored me. They clearly saw me standing there but didn’t greet me, acknowledge me, or say a single word. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have made a huge difference. Instead, I was left wondering if anyone was even going to help me. Always yummy! But this review is specifically to highlight the two gals working Sat. June 20th around 7:50pm. I was picking a bowl up with the intention to eat it the following day, so i asked them if i could have the fruit in a separate container so i wouldn’t need to freeze the fruit overnight and could leave it in the fridge instead. They said absolutely, and went above and beyond in separating all of the toppings as well so i could leave those on the counter so they wouldn’t get soggy in the freezer with the acai. Really awesome place would recommend super yummy and friendly environment and energy.
There was a rock in my acai bowl be careful the acai is good but the rock wasn’t safe at all. Im just thankful it wasn’t a child
