Purchased an initial necklace from this kiosk and it broke after one use. The chain just came apart and I reached out to the company for help and they basically told me to pound sand. Cheaply made product and terrible customer service. I will not be returning.
Buyer beware. I was in the airport for a Phoenix trip 5/26/22 when I passed by this jewelry kiosk. A saguaro necklace caught my eye. It had a tag next to it that said the price was 20 something dollars (as I'm writing this a year and a half later, I don't remember the exact amount). I asked the girl working to see the necklace and then decided to buy it. Maybe I'm missing something. I visited booth on November 14th around 2:30 pm. I stood in view to the side of young girl who was working. She totally ignored my presence. She turned back a couple of times and looked at me and didn't even ask if i needed any help. So i just walked a way. I was interested in buying a ring. She needs training real bad. Costing this company money.
The sales lady in gate C was friendly and helpful she answered all my questions and was not pushy. I was not overcharged either. Would recommend to people who are looking for cute dainty jewelry gifts.
