Guys sorry was late. Hope noone encounter the issue i had. 3 years back i signd the contract which i was happy. When built started they didnt build it. They made excuse Ask for downsize agreed than no communicstion. They drageed for 6months. TmBL kept sayung gO back to them. NO SUCCESS. END HOME AND now sort of bankrupt. So builders the bank also refuse to speak and they didnt release the build as had another builder just if you cant make the house dont promote SO IF THERE IS ZERO RATING THAT is whay i give.
